Single Loin
Cut from the rack of lamb and consist of the eye of the loin attached to the rib bone with a small rim of white fat on the upper side. Very tender and bursting with flavour.
Double Loin
Cut from the saddle this chop is the lamb equivalent of a T-bone steak, it's tender and lean with asmall rim of white fat on the outer side. Beautiful chops and bursting with flavour.
Rack of Lamb
Sure to impress. Expertly prepared and French trimmed. The bone at the base of the loin is chimed and removed. Once cooked you simply cut between the ribs and serve. Full of flavour.
Full Rack 7/8 Ribs
Boneless Rolled Lamb Shoulder
Boned, trimmed and rolled. Shoulder of lamb is the most flavoursome lamb roast. Slow cooked this will just melt in your mouth.
